u have to buy a cable or buy a buletooth and then transfer them to your computer
I have verizon and I know I can put the picture into a picture (text) message and then instead of typing in a phone number you can type your e-mail address in there and it will send it there.
easily, just send them to your email.
sending it from text to email will be your best bet. tho you will have to pay for a picture message. if you want to transfer for free, use the bluetooth on your phone to either transfer it to another phone or to a bluetooth enabled computer. or if you see a mini usb plug/socket or similar on the phone, you could try finding the right kind of cord. this would be free too, but you would then have to install in on your computer. and drivers for cell phones are often a bit difficult to configure. i would stick with the text to email approach. good luck
