I know when I bought my phone they transfered all of the information right there at the store.

yes if u have a sim card and all ur numbers r saved to it the just stick ur sim card in ur new fone and go to ur contacts and push add contacts from sim card

Take both of your phones and/or SIM cards to an authorized dealer. They will be able to transfer the data from your old phone to the new in under a minute.

Yes, there is a store called Mobile Kangaroo -www.mobilekangaroo.com – that does data transfers (this is what it’s called). Or you can upload your addressbook into excel or outlook if you have the cable that connects your T720G to a PC then download that info into the Razr which does have the phone to pc cable. Hope this helps!
