The South Korean Pantech has released new smartphone in the U.S. called Pantech Crux. This phone is sold by Verizon Wirelees. Like most of the Pantech’s cell phones, this has bit untraditional design for smartphone.

Regarding the network connectivity of Pantech Crux, it does not have 3G support, but it has Bluetooth and USB connectivity.

The camera of the phone is an integrated 3-megapixel with digital zoom and video recording capabilities.

There is also music player with external controls, an integrated GPS chip and memory expansion slot compatible with microSD and microSDHC cards up to maximum of 32 GB (the phone has 1 GB microSD card included when buying).

The Pantech Crux has some basic web features like an email client and web browser, the phone has pre-installed Skype Mobile widgets for the management of the most popular social networks (Facebook, MySpace e Twitter) and program for all-access instant messaging in mobility.

The Pantech Crux is marketed by Verizon Wireless for price of $49.99 with after two-year contract with the carrier.
