On some Web sites have appeared the first detailed picture of the new phone designed by Nokia, the Nokia 2220 Slide.
Nokia 2220 release date is not yet known. It will probably be on sale later this year. 
Nokia 2220 Slide is based on the S40 Platform.
The new model of Nokia has display with 128 x 160 pixels, VGA camera later, 10 MB of internal memory, standard 3.5 mm jack for headphones and an integrated FM radio. The new phone model provides range of 8 hours talk time or 440 hours in standby mode.
Nokia 2220 Slide also has GSM connectivity.
The device also has also an FM radio and VGA camera (0.3 megapixel). In addition, expanded memory and not be limited to 10MB. The device will run on Series 40, the operating system still the most basic phones from Nokia running.
The Nokia 2220 slide price is expected to be around 100 Euros.
You can purchase Nokia 2220 Slide in the fourth quarter of 2009.
The Symbian operating system used by Nokia, is clearly outdated and surpassed.
