Ok, I have went through all these complaints and quite frankly people should stop complaining. I mean first it is a touch screen phone so YES the screen is sensitive just like IPhone, IPod touch, IPad and everything else that is touch screen. As for the having to hit a link a few times and then get something else, go in to preferences and change your font to large and that should fix that issue. As for the issue of it locking up, keep in mind this is a phone not a computer and is not really designed to multi task like a computer so if that is what you want use your COMPUTER. I have this phone and I use it as a phone, now I do check emails and facebook with out any issue. Now streaming video (youtube, etc…) there has been no issues that I can think of; As for audio it does suck that you need a microsd card but hell you can put up to 16 gigs in it so if you want to play by the damn memory card hell a 4 gig is 8 dollars. So as a phone it does what it is supposed to do if you want more than that by a touch screen computer.
I just got the Crush yesterday and it saddens me that you cannot download ringtones from the browser. 🙁 but i did find out that if you know someone that can send you ringtones, you can save them as ringtones and use them. THANK GOD…and the internet has been slow since i turned it on. Facebook doesnt work half of the time…cant personalize the phone AT ALL (besides the wallpaper and ringtone) Other than that i havent had many problems with it…but like i said..i just got it yesterday…ive never had problems with a brand new phone before this one…hopefully it doesnt get any worse.
Worst Phone ever made…PERIOD

Exactly the same complaint I have
I’ve had better phones. This one is NOT at the top of the list. Touch screen is TOO touchy or not touchy enough. It will switch screens or hang up if I press too hard with my cheek. Or if I get a call sometimes I miss it before I can get the damn thing unlocked. And I thought it was a capacitive touch screen … leave it unlocked and in your pocket you will have all kinds of characters on the screen if not trying to auto-dial your ex! On top of that, the power connection is crap. After 6 months I have to send it in because I constantly get an “UNAUTHORIZED CHARGER” warning when I plug in the data cable or car charger. I was told that was a problem with Motorola. Why don’t they tell you these things BEFORE you buy them. Totally sucks in my opinion.
