Do you have the service? Or can your phone receive text? If so then go to your menu bar and scroll to messaging. Unless you have a shortcut on your front screen.
Firstly you need a messege center number from your service provider. Once that is done then you should receive SMS, i’m assuming that your network provides the service for SMS, other networks don’t. If they do, you may go to your nearest service centre and then get your handset configured for SMS or even MMS. Good luck.
If your service provider provides this service.. no need to do anything abt this… u can receive the text if someone sends… You may please contact ur service provider…
