in order to check your serial number of mobile phones. Key figures in the following on your phone * # 06 # afifteen digit code will appear on the screen. This number is unique to your phone / composed by hand annotilo and mantengalo safe. when your phone gets stolen, you can call your service provider and give them this code. power can then block your handset so even in case the thief changes the SIM card, your phone wll are completely unnecessary. probably not get your phone back, but at least know that anyone has stolen use / sale blunted it one or the other. in case everyone made this, there will be people pointin stealing mobile phones
Cheers babes, i was looking for that after hearing it on a programme last week
Cheers for the info Chris.
AND if you go to ‘immobalise.com’
and give them your 15 digit no.
they will be able to block it and the police will know were the phone came from if found so that you can get it back.
and its free.
Thats very useful info, thanks for that.
The info you gave is correct, but you dont need to keep the number. The network provider will have it on record anyway.
This doesn’t work if the phones are taken abroad, it only works in the country of origin.
thanks Chris
