no the only time you can get out of contract w/o a cancellation fee is when you are within your first 30 days of service. I doubt they would even take the phone back from you, sorry.. they are way too old now.
when you signed the contract you agreed to 2 years, you also agreed that if you wanted out of the contract you would pay the fee. which for you would be 150 dollars times 3 because you have 3 lines. It would be cheaper just to finish out your contract.
