I bought cell of the pearl of payments from mobile t 5 months ago. 2 months ago stopped just to load. When using the wall charger nothing happens. When I use the usb says that USB device has exceeded the limits of its power port hub. So when I step above that says “A device usb worked incorrectly and exceeded the limits of its power source” of the hub;. My question is ago I need new battery. . or is there something else wrong of?

sounds like your device is messed up in taking the info of charging or your battery is fried in your phone and is messing it up. get it to T Mobile and have them check it out and hook it to there machine to see whats wrong.
you should go get it fixed at a t mobile store.
im sure they will know whats wrong with it.
